Daniel Bortz, founder of Felhaimer & Bortz, is a former attorney with the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office and an experienced practitioner in corporate law, taxation, real estate and civil-commercial litigation.

Yaakov Felhaimer brings extensive experience in urban planning, administrative law and litigation.

Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles within the Petach Tikva municipality, including Head of the City Planning Department, member of the Urban Planning Committee and Tender Committee, as well as serving on the City Council for more than a decade. Avi Zaiderman, a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2013, specialises in insolvency, litigation, real estate, construction defects and labour law.

He holds an LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University and is authorised by the Israel Bar Association to prepare enduring powers of attorney.
Avi has advised on hundreds of matters, representing leading commercial clients in Israel in complex litigation and significant real estate transactions. His practice also covers liquidation and enforcement, business consulting for companies and associations, commercial contracts, wills and enduring powers of attorney. He is fluent in Hebrew, English and Spanish.

Tal Fink holds a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) with honours and is a certified mediator and notary. She specialises in civil law, insolvency and enforcement, enduring powers of attorney and real estate transactions.

With nearly two decades of practice, Tal has extensive experience representing clients before courts at every level, including the Supreme Court of Israel. She has handled hundreds of insolvency and bankruptcy cases, achieving strong results and favourable repayment plans. Alongside her legal practice, she lectures on enduring powers of attorney, the prevention of elder abuse and teaches courses on insolvency law.

Admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2005, Adv. Tzili Akiva-Rappaport brings extensive experience in civil litigation and real estate law. She is also a certified attorney for Continuing Powers of Attorney (2025).

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial Law from Bar-Ilan University and has over two decades of practice in civil litigation, handling complex cases before Israeli courts, including matters of planning and zoning, construction defects, enforcement proceedings, real estate disputes, and contractual litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Akiva-Rappaport served as a partner and Head of the Civil Litigation Department at a leading, top-ranked Israeli law firm, where she managed a team of attorneys and trainees. In that capacity, she represented the Israel Land Authority (רשות מקרקעי ישראל) (https://www.gov.il/en/departments/israel_land_authority/govil-landing-page), the Israeli government agency responsible for managing most of the nation’s land on behalf of the State of Israel.

She also served as in-house counsel in the legal department of a publicly traded real estate development company, where she was responsible for litigation, construction defect claims, real estate matters, commercial agreements, and urban renewal projects.

Haim has over 14 years of experience in the field of tort law, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of personal injury and liability cases.

His expertise includes complex issues of liability and damages, strategic handling of expert appointments, navigating disputes over expert fees and their allocation to plaintiffs, drafting and responding to interrogatories, and conducting negotiations with opposing counsel. He also has substantial experience in filing and responding to appeals and motions for leave to appeal (both interlocutory and substantive).
